Return Policy
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us within 30 days for an exchange or online store credit. Credit must be used 30 days after the return code is received.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Shooters monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
USA ORDERS
Free return shipping on orders totaling $150 USD or more, before discounts are applied and not including tax.
NOTE: If your original order was over $150 and qualifies for free return shipping, you will be credited back the cost of return shipping. Free Exchanges for Domestic orders.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Carefully repackage your items back into your shipping box along with your packing slip, and seal your package with packing tape. We recommend making a copy of your packing slip for your records.
- Adhere the enclosed address label to your return package.
- Deliver your package via your preferred shipping service. Please use a trackable/insured shipping method/carrier. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost during the return process unless a tracking number with proof of delivery is provided.
Returns and exchanges can take 5 to 7 business days to process, once the package is received.
